I have taken multiple birth doula trainings and work as a birth assistant, birth doula, and student midwife. I am a Virginia State Certified doula and I am NRP certified (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) and trained in the traditional Chinese medicine practice of placenta encapsulation.

I am here to assist you in your labor process and devote to you my full attention. I felt transformed after the birth of my daughter, and that led me to feel empowered and driven to help mothers embrace labor with intention and relaxation. I hope to be what YOU need me to be.
